What happens after you send it
Expect to hear back before the working day is out. A few questions — where the tree stands, what’s under it, gate width if it’s in back — and we schedule the look. You don’t need to be home for most visits; a reachable yard and contained dogs cover it. The number arrives in writing, itemized so the stump line and the haul-off are separately yours to keep or cut.
Worth typing into the notes
- Rough size — “taller than the house” tells us more than a guess in feet.
- What it could hit: roof, fence, shed, wires, the neighbor’s anything.
- Alive, dead, or browning — and since when. Dead pines change the plan.
- Whether the address is inside town limits, if you happen to know — it decides the permit path. If you don’t know, we look it up.
- Gate width and dogs, for the visit.
