The request form

The form asks for your name, phone number, address or neighborhood, and a description of the job. Submitting it means that information reaches us by email, and from there it is forwarded to a single independent tree company in the Summerville area, which calls you back, visits, and quotes the work. Sawmill Branch Tree Care may receive a referral fee from that company. Your details go to no one else and are not added to any marketing list. Between the page and our inbox, the form is handled by the service that hosts this site, working for us and for no other purpose.

Phone calls

Calls to (843) 604-3754 may be recorded and transcribed. The purpose is accuracy on our end — the difference between “the pine by the gate” and “the pine by the garage” matters when the tree company arrives. For the same reason, the tree company that received your request may be given the recording. South Carolina law permits recording with one party’s consent; if you’d rather not be recorded, say so as the call opens, or send the request form instead.

This website

Visits here are measured with Google Analytics, which places cookies in your browser to count page views and notes each tap on the phone number. Nothing on the site is used for advertising, and it asks for nothing unless you fill out the form. Our hosting and telephone providers generate ordinary technical logs (things like IP addresses and call metadata) as part of operating their services, governed by their own policies.

Want your details corrected or deleted after a quote? Call (843) 604-3754 and ask — that’s the fastest path, and the request is honored. The tree company that got your request holds its own record of it, so ask there too.
